Shipping & Returns
We ship nationwide from Birmingham, Michigan to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after we confirm your order and payment. Gift-wrapped and custom orders may take 1 extra business day.

Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen around holidays and in bad weather. We email tracking details once your order ships. If you need a gift by a specific date, tell us when you order and we will say honestly whether it is possible.
Gift messages and surprise orders
We can include a handwritten gift message and leave out the invoice so the recipient does not see prices. Just ask when you order.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item, whichever you prefer. If a package shows as delivered but did not arrive, contact us and we will help you work it out with the carrier.
Returns
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at thegiftinsiderusa@gmail.com so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is the buyer's cost unless the item was damaged or our error. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
Not returnable: candles that have been lit, opened self-care products, custom or personalized items, and gift wrapping fees.
Cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
